The Peninsula (off Clements Ferry Rd.)

The Peninsula is a large family-oriented neighborhood located off Clements Ferry Road between I-526 and Hwy. 41 and in very close proximity to Daniel Island. Mount Pleasant is an approximate 10 minute drive from the entrance and downtown Charleston another 10.

Horton built many of the homes in The Peninsula which has a central amenity area on Waters Edge Circle, complete with a beautiful pool and play park for the kiddies. Greenspace with large oak trees and ponds are scattered throughout this popular neighborhood.
