River Birch

River Birch entry

This is a newer traditional brick home community off Dorchester Road in Summerville. Many lovely homes exist and are occupied, however, homesites are available for purchase if you wish to build. Smaller lots are to the front of the neighborhood, while much larger lots are to the back and which also have different building guidelines.

Harbor Homes (family owned and building in SC since 1954) is currently one of the builders in River Birch. A clubhouse and playground plus convenience, location and the Dorchester II school district make this a popular neighborhood for families.
