Grimball Gates is located on the Stono River (aka..Intercoastal Waterway) near the relatively new Limehouse Bridge and Highway 17 south (Savannah Highway). Incredible marsh, wetland and river views adorn this gated neighborhood for property owners. Residents have their very own 95-acre island with a private boat dock and trails for walking, jogging, strolling or a leisurely golf cart ride. Cars and trucks are not allowed on the island path.
