Gift Plantation

Welcome to Gift Plantation

Gift Plantation is just beyond the Grimball Gates neighborhood off Chisholm Road. This ungated neighborhood lies along the intracoastal waterway with some homes having water access. A variety of homes styles sit on large lots in this older community, however, new homes are popping up as lot owners begin to build their dream home. A pool, tennis courts, and community dock for fishing or crabbing are offered, but if you are lucky enough to own one of the waterfront lots, you can boat out to the Stono River from your own dock. Limehouse Landing is just a short drive to trailer your boat to the Stono River for an afternoon of boating fun.
