Coosaw Creek Country Club

Welcome to Coosaw Creek

Coosaw Creek is a gated, golf community located in North Charleston off Dorchester Road with an Arthur Hills designed course. Picturesque rolling hills and wooded homesites accentuate the variety of homes from traditional to our lowcountry southern style with those welcoming front porches. Many people think Coosaw Creek is in the Town of Summerville because of its close proximity to the dividing line. Convenience, location, but yet secluded in its own little world, this 645 acre residential neighborhood offers an excellent clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, pool, and tennis courts. New homeowners are required to pay a one-time equity fee at the time of closing. Membership is also available for golf, however, the public may also play the course at higher rates. Home prices range from 3 bedroom/2 bath for under $400,000 to 6 bedroom/4.5 bath for close to $1million.
