Bolton’s Landing

Welcome to Bolton's Landing

Travel Hwy. 17 South (Savannah Highway) from Charleston and you’ll see one of the entries to this new Beazer Homes community before you get to Main Road. Another entrance is off Bees Ferry Road, which runs parallel with Hwy. 17.  Bolton’s Landing is a master planned neo-traditional neighborhood which much thought was given as to the design and appeal to homebuyers.

Nostalgic row-house design architecture line the streets throughout the neighborhood. There is also a Bolton’s Landing Apartments section for those wanting to rent in the area before buying.

North Charleston

Folly Beach

Folly Beach is definitely the life of the party. Locals call it simply “Folly” or “The Edge” (referring to Folly’s nickname “Edge of America”) and it’s widely recognized as home to the most laid back beach community on the East Coast. You’ll think Jimmy Buffet must be somewhere having a margarita in this Key West… Read More

Seabrook Island

Seabrook Island has got to be Greater Charleston’s most enigmatic community. It is a true resort community known best for being Kiawah Island’s next door neighbor and is one of the most internationally recognized Islands in South Carolina, yet it’s not even an island, and though it’s a fully guarded and gated community, it’s also… Read More
